Refund policy

Should you wish to return an item for non-custom pieces, please email tosirwithlovexx@gmail.com, with your order number and reason for wanting a return, and we will try and cater to any issues you have. Provided it is in it's original and unworn condition, we will issue you with a return address for you to send the item too, and if received within 14 days of date of delivery a full refund will be issued, postage not included.

This does not apply to custom or personalised Jewellery which are not returnable.

International returns: Please ensure the customs form is marked as "returned goods, no commercial value". We are unable to accept returns that carry a customs charge.
